Donate to Christ the Saviour

At Christ the Saviour Church, we rely solely on donations to operate and maintain our physical building so it is always ready to welcome the faithful and everyone who comes to Worship the Living God “in Spirit and in Truth.” This includes paying our pastor and numerous ministries in the life of the parish family. Through our Alms fund we also serve our local community and anyone who may need our help, financial or otherwise. We have also established a Capital Campaign building fund with the goal of accommodating our ever growing parish in a new building that can comfortably fit all the faithful.

Capital Campaign

As the Psalmist says, “Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labour in vain.” This savings fund is only one of the numerous steps we are taking to move forward in the establishment of a permanent home for our parish family. As we prepare for this joyful inevitably we are grateful for any and all gifts given to help us achieve this goal, to the glory of God.

The Apostle James tells us that our faith must be realized materially and through our deeds (James 2:14-26). The funds collected are prayerfully and thoughtfully distributed to those in need within our parish family, within our local community and beyond the borders of our nation.

General Offering

In addition to the giving options above, you can also give through e-transfer, by cheque, or through direct deposit. Donations boxes are available at the church as well.

Cheque

If you wish to give by cheque, please make your cheque payable to "Christ the Saviour Antiochian Orthodox Church," noting in the memo line which fund you would like your gift to go to.
